OW is primarily operative in Sub-Sahara Africa and now has indigenously trained and directed offices in South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Malawi. All of these nationally directed offices are utilizing OW materials and methodology in their own context, but run by themselves and for themselves. For the sake of continuity, most prefix their ministry name by their specific country along with the name of OPERATION WHOLE, ie. ZAMBIA OPERATION WHOLE, SOUTH AFRICA OPERATION WHOLE, etc. Our audiences are pastors/church leaders, thousands of school children, colleges, police precincts, military bases, parliaments, community organizations, corporate businesses, street kids/sex workers (prostitutes)/orphans, missions, parents, kids and more.

Remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear (2 Timothy 1:7) but one of love, power and a sound mind. As we reach out to the infected and affected with compassion of Jesus, we will see the hand of God in every situation.
